The purchase of digital products, including zip file downloads and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.

Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all digital purchases made on www.jessicalansdown.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy. Please note our strict copyright notice below.

JessicaLansdown.com reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.

Digital Downloads - how it works

Having made your choice & completed the checkout process by setting up an account, provided your name and billing address, payment details, & email address, please always review your order.(Please make double sure that your email address is correct as this is where your purchases will be sent). Once you are satisfied, hit the ‘proceed to purchase’ button. When the transaction is complete, our digital delivery department will send a zip file to the email address that you have provided. Each zip file contains EPUB, MOBI & PDF formats. Please note that whilst you’ve generally got a 14 day right to change your mind and get a full refund you normally lose this right once you start a download. If the downloads you receive are faulty in any way we will either repair or replace the product. Contact us info@jessicalansdown.com to let us know the problem.

Delivery

You should receive your delivery via email within 1 hours of your purchase or within a maximum of 24 hours. If you do not receive the digital product link within that time, you can immediately contact info@jessicalansdown.com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.

Subscriptions

We welcome your subscriptions, comments and contributions and will respond with comment and/or newsletters on an occasional basis. We can confirm that you won’t be harassed, we won’t sell your details or share them. Newsletters will be Jessica telling you about new books, events or happenings as well as good deals and new products; and you can unsubscribe any time you like.

Should you receive any material from this website in the form of a digital download, whether purchased or provided free of charge, you do not obtain any right, title or interest to any such material. You agree not to reproduce (except for your personal use), publish, transmit, distribute, display, remove, delete, modify or create derivative works from any of the materials including all stories, books and blogs contained on this website.
